QTM provides traffic managemeant design and implementation across Western Australia in conjunction with services in the installation of street lighting and traffic signals. It is our experience, combined with new approaches, new technologies and a continual focus on quality that are creating a progressive direction in the traffic control industry.

QTM is the only implementation organisation which is actively involved in the development and delivery of industry training. QTM is 100% West Australian family owned and quality assured, employing flexibility in order to meet the objectives of our varied clientele.
