QTM Traffic Management

Traffic Management Implementation is the core focus of QTM, and we provide operational and maintenance services relating to West Australia’s roads and traffic regulations. It is always our aim to provide our clients, employees and the public a safe work area whilst maintaining an efficient traffic environment.

Our Traffic Management Implementation includes:

• Highly trained and experienced Traffic Controllers holding current MRWA Basic Worksite Traffic Management (BWTM) and Worksite Traffic Control (WTC) certification;
• On-the-job training, assessment, supervision and job auditing, to ensure the highest standards are maintained;
• Field Development Officers with competency in assessment practices under Nationally Recognised Training guidelines, to ensure continued monitoring and improvement of staff from probationary level to senior level;
• A drug free workplace, with compulsory drug testing prior to employment, supported by an ongoing random drug-testing program;
• All vehicles fitted with GPS tracking systems, so we can ensure prompt responses, efficient time management and accurate billing; and
  
• An experienced Crew Leader for every job, to ensure the site is always properly managed.
