With the requirements for traffic management and traffic control accreditations including nationally recognised training units (BCCCM3003C 'Implement Traffic Management Plan' & BCCCM2013C 'Control Traffic with a Stop/Slow Bat'), QTM Field Development Officers have commenced on-the-job assessments for recognition of prior learning for all of QTMs Crew Leader staff. Upon completion, all Crew Leaders will obtain Statements of Attainment to the effect that they have completed the required elements of competency pertaining to those units. This will ensure that our crews are up-to-date with the latest traffic management practices, ensuring that we provide the proper traffic management services onsite.
