QTM is pleased to announce that their Quality Assurance Triennial Audit was successfully passed on 13th May 2009. Compliance with a Quality System ensures ongoing continual improvement in our business processes and performance but most importantly, it ensures that we can deliver a quality service through the use of a well structured, monitored and controlled system. Part of our system includes a customer feedback function which the 2008/09 survey has been sent out in the form of a reply paid postcard. Feel free to rate and comment your experiences with QTM and do not hesitate to contact us any time with your feedback. The Quality System is geared to ensure a consistent and reliable service to you as our client and any feedback on how we could better suit your needs is greatly appreciated.
