Directors Greg and Julie Bendall established QTM in 1998.  Just as road networks grow to meet the demands of the future so have we.  However, like a good road network, we are prepared not only for the needs of the now but also for the potential needs of the future.

Despite our steady growth over the years, to a staff of in excess of 60 members to date, we still operate with the immediacy and transparency of a local, family run company.  We believe in 100% accountability and have recruited, retained and developed staff who are recognised high-achievers in their respective fields.
We believe in quality training, continuous assessment to ensure high standards and continued support for all our staff.  As a result we are proud to have been recognised over the years with many industry awards including:

•    CRS Australia Appreciation Award
•    2005 Prime Minister’s Employer of the Year Award (WA state winner for a medium sized business)

These awards formally recognise our notable record as an employer of indigenous workers and workers with a disability.
QTM has continued to look towards the future and has risen to the challenge laid down by the growing road networks of WA with the development of four distinct, yet inter-related, divisions of the company.

Each division has the ability to work as a unique entity with the advantage of the support from the other three to ensure that it provides only the best service and solutions of the highest quality.
As corporate members of the Australian Institute of Traffic Planning and Management (AITPM) we are continually in touch with the latest industry innovations and Best Practice.  We regularly audit to Main Roads WA and ISO9001 standards to ensure that we are working in synergy with industry Best Practice and providing ‘Best for Network’ solutions, exceeding expectations wherever possible.
At QTM we believe in exercising maximum levels of due diligence in raising standards above and beyond the industry benchmark.
